Our Service Desk First Response team provide telephone support to end users as standard, aiming to resolve issues on the call – allowing your staff to return to productivity as quickly as possible.
No caps on the number of hours, or additional charges for site visits. The price you see is fully inclusive.
Around 15% of support incidents are raised automatically by our proactive monitoring platform. This allows our engineers to silently resolve issues before they become business impacting.
