Midas Cladding were looking for a proactive and trustworthy Managed IT Service Provider to help drive forward their company IT strategy and provide first-class IT support to their employees.
The company were looking for an end-to-end solution, technical expertise, regular account meetings and an effective cybersecurity strategy.
From the offset, razorblue worked to put an end-to-end IT strategy in place for Midas. This included Managed IT end-user support, with proactive monitoring and an SLA of 2- 4 hours response time.
Our teams carried out a full Windows 7 replacement, updating all users to Windows 10. As well as Office 365 licensing and implementation, with a secure cloud backup solution.
We deployed and continue to manage the firm’s SOGEA superfast connectivity, as well as a Horizon hosted phone system.
Their dedicated, technical Account Manager worked with Midas to create a full cybersecurity strategy, including email security from Mimecast. ESET Endpoint Protection, firewalls, and MFA (Multi-factor authentication).
To address the firm’s ageing physical server, all corporate data and systems were migrated to a razorblue hosted cloud server along with cloud backup solutions and remote access.
More recently, razorblue supported Midas in their Head Office move to Peterlee, providing infrastructure, connectivity and ongoing IT support during the firm’s period of growth and expansion.
